Can you change your delivery address?
If you want to change your delivery address, you can do this by contacting the GoGroopie customer services team. Try and get in touch with them as soon as you can so that your delivery doesn’t get attempted at the wrong address. If the item has already been delivered, then additional delivery charges may apply.
How do you know when you’ll receive your order?
You’ll need to check the fine print on your voucher to find out the estimated delivery time for your order. It will be defined by working days and this excludes bank holidays and weekends. So, for example, if you place your order on Friday and the order takes 3 working days, you can expect arrival around Wednesday/Thursday of the following week.

My voucher does not work
If your voucher doesn’t work, make sure to retry the code a few times to ensure you entered it correctly. You’ll need your voucher code and security code. These can be found underneath the expiry date on your voucher. Ensure you’re using these codes and not your order number. It’s also worth ensuring that you’re using ‘0’ rather than ‘O’ and check to ensure to check your caps lock when entering the code.
Finally, make sure that your voucher is in date. Your voucher will have an expiry date, so you need to ensure that you use the voucher before it expires. The date will be specified on the voucher so it’s important to check the date when you make your purchase.
